Although this all seems bad it may turn good a few years out. ELAY has a functional product that stands on its own even under poor management. That's why all of us are here as investors right? Good business models and cash flows are easy for people like Harmon to exploit. Think about it CASH ON LAYAWAY, a criminals dream... Remove the criminal and make an 8-k filing or something of the like and we could THEORETICALLY see a turnaround. It will take new management and a PR blitz so we'll see. I'm deep in this stock so at this point might as well hold on tight...
