$iprc. Good to hear from you too Polo! The dump stations were supposed to be self-serve so I don't know why they would not have run a normal "business office". The company info talks about other properties to be developed so it is inconceivable to me that the reports aren't done on time. But then, I'm ALWAYS frustrated that a K-1 comes out a week before MY takes are due for the prior year! Seems to me the books are closed dec 31st and it shouldn't take 4 months to figure out. I'm not an accountant can you tell?
