Actually they have been pretty good over the past year with their financial filings. Review the OTC page at: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/LKEN/filings. You will see that their last quarterly filing was on June 13 for the period through April 30. Before that they filed on March 15. Before that December 17, 2012 and before that Sept. 24.

I would expect the next report to be filed sometime within the next two weeks. They are doing this as a courtesy (albeit a smart one) but for the OTC Pinksheets this is a luxury for us as they don't necessarily have to do it.
