Its not about survival! Its about money laundering! You guys know stocks but not the nature of the mj business. If i take funds from illegal activity, i.e. seeking mj, and then take that money to acquire a new business or sub division that is money laundering and then the feds will shut us down. By selling stock for financing to expand business in this sector, it allows them to do exactly what they have been, building the first mj franchise. If you think they are cash poor you are dead wrong, they just can't use that money until bank regulations change and their revenues can be taxed. Get over the share structure and look at the bigger picture of why it is the way it is...for now anyways
