You are misinformed. First off, OODH owns WAY more than the 4x160 claims you mention.

Also, the PR refers to the "Tom Reed System," not - as you inaccurately state - the "Tom Reed Mine." The Tom Reed System or Tom Reed Vein is a well known gold strike extending throughout the area. More info here:

You further state: "Therefore, any lode prospects in the area have no relevance to OODH's claims, which are placer only." To the contrary, OODH's section 12 , section 1 and 9 on JV are all hard rock, and the option to mine them at some future point remains open.

Finally, you apparently - and mistakenly assume - that placer gold is somehow less desirable than hard rock mining. In fact, placer gold is less expensive than deep mining and thus has greater potential for profit. The company will be exploring placer gold potential along the the tertiary riverbeds that are visible from Google satellite imagery, and which are run through the OODH claims.
