For some, it's like preaching to the choir.
Yourself and Solidgold are good examples of understanding what this microcap's potential is verses the majority of the other 40,000 or so stocks out there in the universe. I responded to Solidgold's message because I liked the article he linked for the rest of us. It was appreciated, thank-you. For Texas-gal asking about gapping, let me explain what I meant about getting serious here with NVLX.
With today's investors relying so heavily on trailing stops, it becomes all to easy for a microcap investor to have his stops triggered, and take a loss, if they're not serious about tracking what might have caused the sudden downswing in the first place. Profit taking in the absense of news, especially if it is a large sell order, can blow past the first line of buy orders quicker than buyers buying on the dips can respond. If your stops are too tight, you'll miss out on the rebound. Likewise, as I wrote yesterday, bashers can trigger panic selling among the flippers, although only the first of these sellers will benefit.
Getting serious means, you need to account for this type of activity in your strategy, for the effects are almost always short-term. Unless some 'true bad news' comes down the pike, be prepared to jump in on those stops otherwise to protect your position from an unattended loss. NVLX looks real from where I'm sitting, and I'm holding.
