Makes sense on need for a r/s at some point. So many brokers aren't even permitted by their firms to offer pennies to clients. And higher exchanges won't allow entry.

As far as value of company, if GEC owes $6 million, yet has $10 million tax carryover, then that's plus $4 million right off the top, without accounting for any future earnings, right? So that's .008 @ 500 million shares - so we are seriously undervalued right now.
