So you are saying I'm assuming things?

You assume that the sellers are one or two people panicking? Why would people panic on no news? Or maybe it's one or two people shorting the stock like I said (or like anyone logical would say).

Activision submitted the MSJ about a month before the Aug 22 markman date (not that this date matters just giving an example). So it is feasible that world will submit another opposition to MSJ based on the correction.

This is unlikely though and I think they will just wait to win at the MSJ on oct 17th.

And why does everyone assume the COCNUT is shipped? Can you not fax/email scanned documents? They have the correction already and they have had it for weeks.
