I don't understand why everyone was worked up over the banking issue. MJNA's financing issues don't seem related to cannabis but rather its lack of cash flow generation. We all know that banks only lend money to people who don't need it!

MJNA may actually lose out if banking eases up. My understanding of "wellness services", which is the vast amount of revenue the company generates, is that at least a portion of it is helping dispensaries with financing. I may be mistaken, and I know that MJNA isn't acting as a bank, but this is something to consider.

I said Monday that I thought that once again this would be "buy the rumor and sell the news" on the well-publicized hearing, and that looks like the game. Did anyone notice how many posts were here yesterday? This seems like a good contrarian signal, at least in the short-term. On the other hand, boy is there a lot of interest in MJNA - that can't be denied. This has certainly contributed to my view about where MJNA should trade.

So, now what? I continue to think that issue #1 is Llamas, and that is binary. My assessment for the near-term prospects of MJNA is probably 75% what happens there. The trial is very complex apparently, so, while it starts on 9/24 (if it's not delayed again), I would imagine it could last for weeks. It's not necessarily "game over" if he is convicted, but Llamas is the visionary here and, based on my work, is essentially like the Wizard of Oz at present. I have no way to prove it, but I believe that he is essentially CannaBANK (HDDC), and it's not clear what would happen if he went away for many years with their shares and involvement. There is a lack of depth in management at present - it wouldn't be good. On the other hand, his return would be somewhat positive, perhaps very much so. Binary...

If you don't like my posts, don't read them. If you think only those who agree with you should post, then start your own message board. My conclusions are my opinion only, based on what I believe to be true. I have no crystal ball.
