Hi Ron - I looked at FVRG again. My initial impression is that they have some very sharp products with very good branding. They seem to be a well run little company. they are not diluting the piss out of their shares and they are cash flow positive from an EBITDA perspective. They are small but their new line seems to be growing.
The only issue I see is their distribution strategy. I am perplexed that they don't approach the Whole Foods of the world or other distributors such as Natures Best. Having individuals sell their product is a neat down to earth way to run a business but real growth comes from being plugged into the network and having your product reach massive populations instantly. I think the company is very interesting but not sure how it can grow to material levels being sold by individuals. There would not be any lead time warning you of a stall in sales whereby if they went the traditional path of using distributors yo could walk into a store and see reduced shelf space (a red sell flag).

Let me know if I am missing something. I always like looking at new opportunities. The keys I look for are uniqueness of product, timeliness of product and access to huge distribution.
