Orion Diversified Holding Company Inc (OODH)

This is the email I received earlier today after asking about the financials.

We chose to upload financial data to both our corporate website and to another platform --- OTC Markets.com (a Delaware Company).

The OTC Markets just got us our login information yesterday afternoon...and we are preparing uploads to that site as well as our own corporate website.

We must get the information put out on two locations at the same time, and we are working on that. Plus our Attorney Jody Walker is in the final stages of compliance review at this time. (attorney does not review financials, just that all sections are completed & with proper titles; ie "BALANCE SHEET, INCOME STATEMENT, STATEMENT OF CASH FLOWS, FOOT NOTES.

I better get back to work.... as we are working this right now but I always enjoy keeping shareholders up to speed. Have a wonderful day and keep an eye on www.otcmarkets.com for these data to upload.
