I see no problem with todays deal and think it's a good one. 10 mil up front 410 mil for milestones and whatever it takes to get both treatment thru phase 3. Plus double digit royalties on sales . Many more treatments to be partnered. IMO this deal was more important to the validation of INO's process and pipeline than the $$$ now. It puts them in a much better position to negotiate with the rest. Put out or get out the way.
