Zab,I once read about a psychiatrist treating a patient with panic disorder caused by watching and reading too much horrific news. The good Doctor gave him newspapers to read.........the catch was the papers were a year old .......What we fret about today will be insignificant tomorrow.

I am nervous every time I wake up each morning, and turn on the news. I never know what can happen from day to day.
