Most companies in tis sector had to use some dilution as there was no other way to fund business. That has changed today so most companies in the sector should see much fewer shares being dumped through/by MM's. This move today will allow for all of the Q-reports to be better, safer business, real auditing so the govt can really bank, and there can now be a legitimate payroll, write offs, and deductions.
