VitaSound is a technology company that owns the neurocompensator technology.
PHC (Pharmacy Hearing Centers) is the wholly owned retail arm of VitaSound. They sell products from Vitasound and others like Siemans. Mostly others because the Vitasound technology doesn't work.
Hear At Last is the brand / chain of the stores that PHC uses for sales in Canada. It is what you will see if you go into a Canuck walmart.
HRAL is the ticker name of the traded company that used to own the Hear At Last chain until 2010 when it was sold to PHC. Today HRAL's only source of income is a small percentage of sales on anything that PHC sells at the Hear At Last chain.
What do they have in common? They all purport to be in the hearing aid busines, they all have the same management team, and they are all losing money. Can you say house of cards?
