I disagree....

a BETA product is suppose to work.. just some Potential minor bugs.... I worked on SEVERAL BETA Products being introduced... IN ALL CASES... the SELLER was RESPONSIBLE to make it work.... Unless of course.. the customer changes specs....


All in house testing prior to the BETA tests should prevent most if not all of the issues...!!!! BUGS... in software are always.. the responsibility of the seller..
