Its not the possibility of an attack on Syria or the fact that CTIX hasn't turned a profit that keeps deep pockets at bay. It's the fact that it hasn't even completed phase I of the Kevetrin trial. We know it works and its just a matter of time before the whole world knows but the big bucks won't dip their toes in the water until at least phase I is complete. Just my opinion of course.
