at minimum, I would suspect that someone who has been playing this stock on both side would be positive on it at this point....now whether someone thinks this is a fluff attempt to pop the pps or real growth news (I think the later) can be argued....but I think the general consensus is that at this time, the pps of Fuse is looking to go north....I was hoping for a rise and stay above the .08 mark...may happen on the close or certainly tomorrow before a run to .11 then .15 and hopefully so on
