Poker I'm thrilled your broker has such connections to know the specifics of certain conversations between the JDA and EO

I find it a bit odd however the JDA and Both Governments will stall their $200 MM cause EO said not w/out BL 4 considering the JDA stipulation required BL 4 to move with in the set time frame

I would have thought he was all out of favors

but then again each set back seems to always work in our advantage
