One man’s thought:

Bottom line is we are all betting on a vision. There is quantifiable evidence they are progressing, however, the fact is we are all investing in a company that is broke with the potential to be a multibillion dollar company in perhaps 3 years. The reason KBR didn’t pan out is they are a global world class publicly traded company, they work for revenue (cash) not $.07 per share stock trade. So that deal fell through and we were delayed until someone else bought into the vision, CCC comes on board and BAM ~60,000,000 new share issued. They work on the EPC report for a while and then there is a technological boost promoted by Casale, who appears to believe in the vision as well so BAM ~60,000,000 new shares issued. We have to keep in mind BION probably couldn’t buy a Toyota Carolla for cash…

I have no doubt this is how many companies are created, some come to fruition but most simply cannot take the strain of year on year being broke and procuring services with shares of stock and they dilute themselves to a point they collapse. As I understand it the bonds can only pay for plant construction, if the bonds aren’t released in October and construction begins this year then there will not be enough meaningful news for the stock to appreciate. If the stock doesn’t appreciate the company will have to continue funding operations with $.07 stock sales which in turn creates a compound negative impact on the price. If they don’t have enough cash to keep afloat 5-6 months if say the EPC report is released later in the year and bonds sell in January with ground breaking in February then they could approach critical mass. If the EPC report is released in October then we will experience monumental progressive news: EPC report released, bonds for sale, bonds sell, ground breaking, etc., then the stock runs to maybe the 20’s or 30’s by the end of the year and they are able to fund operations with a much smaller share volume which in turn amplifies the stock by reducing the shares available for sale. Follow that with a $1.25 Billion bond release in say second quarter of 2014 and CCC begins parallel construction (Adam confirmed this is possible) then the stock will begin serious growth, again reducing the most likely contributor to shares for sale (BION) which in turn compound amplifies price and we have a winner. I am still heavily invested and passionately believe the later will materialize.
