It's hard to believe they won't issue a PR explaining the business logic that drove this decision. We can all guess what it is but it means a lot to have the leaders state specifically WTF they are thinking about and hoping to accomplish.

It's a real mystery given the surge in price and volume these last weeks. Who would buy shares in a company knowing it was about to reverse split unless they knew something else as well that would negate the negative impact (double negative for you math wizards ) of the reverse.

C'mon Docs...lets have the PR!
