A reverse split a few months ago, and fewer shares 5 years ago, also too much optimism and absolute lack of fear/knowledge from people buying shares. In a country that anything was looking good, people maybe where not questioning if the share price was right, or just too high. It was NBG, it was too big to fail.
So someone who bought at 30 euros saw the share price going down to 36 cents which after the reverse split gone even lower at 20 cents (2 euros with the 1/10 R/S).
Now it is at 3.34 euros but for someone who bought 5 years ago this looks like 33.4 cents.


Sorry for shouting. But reading about 30 and 50 dollars? Come on....
