I don't really expect anything until the 1st quarter of 2014. Tmob got the extension to submit their filing until late Oct 2013 and with the holidays in Nov then Dec, we're into 2014. The only thing that matters is a letter from the Appeals Court reversing the lower court and establishing Markman definitions that make sense. Calypso may win the case if the case can be brought before a real jury. Tmob will be shaking in their boots if Calypso can get a jury trial. A jury will understand the patent and auto-switching.
