I sent an e-mail about my DVD that has been on order for a month. Here is the response. Oh well, maybe I will get the DVD before 2007 lol.



Question:
I have a DVD on order #XXXXX for 30 days. Can you give me a time table when I can expect to recieve this DVD.

I do show that the items have been placed on order. We do use a 3rd party vendor for our purchase program.
