As for dumping share's into the market, That is NOT HAPPENING they are selling into the market this way =

From January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013, the Company issued 15,791,803 shares of its common stock valued at $31,500 to retire convertible debt.

This is what they're doing with the proceeds IMHO, That is a good thing.

I have stated before that IMHO they are using this money wisely, They do have bills to pay.

I'll take 10M shares a week anytime instead of taking out loans at 8 to 10% interest.

If they sold 10M shares a week it would be 7 months before it would get to 500M (( the number I dont like
