Accumulated deficit has NOTHING to do with any revenues,
dilution, &/or share reductions. It can be thought of as DEBT
the companys previous shareholders, management, etc.
ACCUMULATED whilst building the company (buying, inventing,
acquiring, developing technologies, etc.).

It is clear that the item has been used as an attempt to
mislead investors...(in the past)...& confuse FACT from
FICTION....

It can also be thought as a line-item that will be used by
NTEK to REDUCE their tax obligation against future earnings/revenues.

BTW, do NOT take my word for ANYTHING. Do your own DD...
but there is a GREAT DEAL to learn about NTEK..so my
advice is don't dilly-dally...get to the DD. The EARLIER
folks do, the more likely they are to SNAP-UP lower-
priced shares (& profit from them)...we will NOT be
sub-$0.08 for very long...AND btw, personally speaking,
I wouldn't trust "DD" that is brought to ANY BOARD w/o
links, substantiation, & information allowing for viewers
to "self-verify". If one can NOT self-verify a piece of
information, I'd consider it suspect (until I could).

Google "Accumulated Deficit",...check it out for yourself,
don't take MY WORD for a DAMN THING!!! big smile
