I can tell you that these two companies will definitely NOT be merging. More like sparing in court over IP. As for Cintel USA, I would be wary of doing business with companies/people that have cashflow problems so soon in the game and don't respect (pay) the people that they do business with--people that you would expect would have built a solid foundation of trust over years of working together. Smart businessmen take care of their people--if at the very least to protect their reputation. The people at Cintel named above do not seem to be of that caliber, unfortunately.
