Okay, I just listened to Leo's presentation and there were a couple of VERY important last minute changes ... compared with what I found stored in the cloud yesterday.

P21 expression at 20 & 30mg doses! That is incredible. Apparently it will take a little while for the analysts to figure out what that means...This is what the entire conversation here has centered on for months. And now it is reality.

Moving from a useless European POC for Prurisol to a large Phase2/3 study in the USA will create tremendous value for the company much sooner than previously.

All of this means CTIX will need $. Expect some sort of financing deal to be announced shortly.

Leo could have injected more enthusiasm! Perhaps he was deliberately stoic?
