A 43-101 is a requirement for Canadian listed companies. US reporting companies are required to adhere to SEC Industry Grade 7 guidelines.

People considering investing in a publicly traded resource company should be highly suspect of any company that is not fully reporting.

Proving up reserves is a long and expensive process. This company is incapable of doing that.
