If "temporarily" applies to Gersh, it also applies to Felgenhauer and Leon, and to Ussery we would apply the term "fleeting" at best.

During Felgenhauers's second sting as the head of the company, he was known as the "President". However, his name never appeared in the files of the SOS. The records went from Green to Gersh. And it was Gersh's name officially until July of 2012. In other words, his "temporary status" lasted more than two years.

We know that Felgenhauer was nothing but a very short term caretaker as someone else was found to take over. He had his own business to run in Spokane. In fact, when Green was "dismissed", Gersh and Zaslow stepped into the picture immediately. So there was really no caretaker period.

Ussery never did anything, and except for the fact that his name appears in a PR and he is a friend of Henthorn and others with contacts through LinkedIn, we know nothing about him. Gersh's name remained the official one in the records of the SOS until it was removed when Leon paid the fees for the corporate renewal that was allowed to lapse. And that only happened because Gersh ignored it, leaving the stockholders no choice but to seek some remedial change. How easy it would have been to just communicate and work with the stockholders. They were antagonized.

Now, Hodge has been in charge for a year and he has done nothing. Whoopie do! He filed incomplete returns with PinkSheets! Has not generated a penny yet, and has been unable to make a deal with anybody.
