I posted here yesterday and said I tried to put in an order and my online broker site would not accept it and it had a CTO which is a cease trade order...today they emailed me with this reply...
Yes, that edit message refers to a Cease Trade Order (CTO) in Canada on a stock. We have checked the stock description against the Canadian Security Adminstrators database for current CTO’s and it looks like there no longer is a CTO for this company for Canadian residents.
Please try the order again if you want to buy it and no restriction appears today when we tried to place an order.

again you will notice that their web site has not had any updates for about 5 years so I suspected a lot has happened with this company since 2008.
