I hope your not trying to claim there has not been a substantial dilution for each stockholder based on the increase in

"ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING SHARES" to say nothing of the possibility of further dilution due to the

"CONVERSION RIGHTS OF PREFERRED SHARES" the terms of which are not known because were not sure what the conversion rights are for JJ 's newly acquired preferred stock for his MDMN Chile stock.

Also at 10% interest (which they will either collect in $$$ or possibly more common shares so the stockholders are constantly being diluted.)
