2)..NVDL has a market cap of under 600 thousand dollars now which means it is very undervalued now.
3)..NVDL insiders have not sold a single share for more than 3 years.
4)..NVDL is seeking a waiver of fees owed to the FDA which is most of the debt that NVDL has now.
5)..NVDL has a share price target of 1 dollar.
6)..There will be a re-launch of their drug Zolpimist which will bring more revenue to NVDL.
7)..NVDL made a recent deal with Australian stock SUDA which NVDL got 50 million shares of SUDA stock plus 400 thousand dollars in cash plus an option to buy an additional 10 million SUDA shares at a cheap price.
8)..SUDA is developing a malaria drug and a drug which is Viagra in spray form called "Duromist" so any buyout of SUDA or any increase in SUDA share price means NVDL will have higher value due to the 50 million shares of SUDA stock that NVDL has now
