Crayola overruns of markers and crayons as well as those shipped from schools across the nation are free to JBI. This is one of many other sources that I believe JBI currently uses to obtain free plastic feedstock. $10/barrel oil was based on a lot of assumptions in the past- some may not pan out quite as expected, but running the P2O process is in fact extremely cheap- probably about $.11 per gallon. $.24 per gallon equates to $10/barrel. We just need to eliminate pre-processing (Crayola feedstock requires minimal-to-no pre-processing), reduce/eliminate freight (Placing p2o processors on locations with the feedstock), and reducing feedstock procurement costs (free feedstock and cheap HTF).

Look at how much of this pie chart would be eliminated if we were getting free feedstock requiring no pre-processing or freight. The COGS might be 10% of what it is now.

BTW, did you see JBI on national Fox news?
