We are now cutting the core from Batoto #1 and expect the samples to go to
Perth next week with results within 48 hours of reciept. Batoto #2 is
progressing albeit somewhat slowly as we have to ensure high recoveries.

Initial drilling was certainly challenging but we are now on top of it.
Closed down for two weeks over Xmas.

No surprises so far but we are committed to much faster production now that
the drilling conditions are known.

We have upped our trenching program to 6 teams (72 people) as Nigel Maund is
geeting excellent geological information from this program.

Certainly expect to see a NR prior to the Vancouver Gold Show.
