Of course it is. It's been stinking since March. The Fed's just announced that they're not going to enforce federal law in CO and WA and this stinking thing sinks. Plus, SK3 just went back to "Limited" on OTC after working so hard to get "Current" in April. This is a money grab and I'd get out now if I were you.
