Have the same outlook as you for INO and see the same trading patterns going on as you. So if one has done their DD and made a study of INO they should be able to do well currently. Those that are building a core position will do extremely well long term with any future success INO achieves with it's research. Hope OPTION trading opens up before then. Partnership(s) possible but not a part of my reason for being here now. Also believe , to be safe, to spread risk to more than one BIO stock with unique and new potential for a CANCER cure , among others - like INO also hold CTIX. There are others for sure but have narrowed my selection down to these two. Don' t post much anymore but throw in my two cents worth in every now and then.
