as for sovern oil its already been posted 14th is expected date to receive no longer than the end of sept. so that's not a biggie yet. besides those are what they are or will be. embr is all new ball game and so far they have been upfront no R/S looked at until nov. with the form 10 filing in nov. then they didn't say they would or wouldn't said the folks havnt had time to look they have only been in office for a couple weeks. good luck to all stranger things have happened.
