I have the Ace 250. Its a pretty neat unit. Very sensitive but you can adjust it to search for coins or gold or whatever. It even tells you what coin is in the ground when it hits on a coin. Sometimes it can say its a nickel and its something else, etc. Screen is easy to read and settings are easy to learn. I bought mine LNIB with an extra search coil. Thats your best bet to save some $$$. Its a mid level to just a cut above detector. Alot of people that are heavily into detecting get the ACE 250 and then eventually goto the really high end units that are $500 and up.
You cant go wrong with the Ace 250 and it has excellent resale value.
