Ernie where did u get that filing and it looks like it was filed with the court around 3:18pm. Was that link from patriots website as I could not find it there? You are right about particulars being filled in this week, because that is just a standard chapter 11 filing. It doesn't give the percentages and distributions yet, as you mentioned that will be filled in this week. Alot can happen and the judge can turn it down, plus there are voting privileges. GLTA
