One of us is very confused. I say Exide is insolvent because they can not pay a $56,000,000 interest payemet. You say they are not insolvent because they have far more assets that liabilities. Then you say that the $56,000,000 interest payment doesn't matter because they do not have to pay it because they are insolvent.

That isn't just confusing. It makes you look silly and ignorant.

And, by the way, the losses were HUGE and were for all 4, consecutive quarters, exactly as I have reported twice.

Why would anyone say the shareprice of Exide would soon be as high as a dollar when that same person calls Exide's management and Board incompetent and criminally negligent and likely to be sued for breach of fiduciary responsibility?

If the management and Board are that bad, it should not surprise anybody that the company declared bankruptcy and that the shares would be cancelled, yet again, in ANOTHER attempt to reinvent Exide in some legitimate way that actually makes money and delivers shareholder value.
