September 10 Senate Hearing.

Another step in the Strategic Path to legalize. To just legalize overnight will be met with to much opposition. Small steps slowly wear the opposition down. As I see it the hearings on 10 September are hearing from boths sides of the opinion....and the positive side being the DOJ.......so.......its acedemic but a necessary step (much like a very real world situation the Senate is hearing about at this time so you see the comparison?)....and this will be the huge news because it will give the Feds INTENT on where they want the Senate to go which will give the Senate the go ahead to pass the bill (I forget the actuall name of the bill posters help me with this).

The train has left the station in this administration........IMO they are not going to pull the train back and IMO actually hope to get this done before the end of the two term limit on the presidency IMO and after that has history shows us Democrats have not had two continuous separate Presidents (not including Kennedy) in how long? Well they know this and if this is their agenda they will push it and get it done before the next election IMO..........they have to plan for getting their administration voted out.....regardless if times change and they are a shoo in they have to plan to get their agenda complete.
