Thats not necessarily true. The companies which are infringing are HUGE, household name corporations. There is not a patent infringement law firm that wouldn't jump all over this to represent them on a contingency basis. We also have big companies that would buy them just to collect the patent infringement money. That alone would probably be worth more than the actual sale IMO
