APA is exploring strategic options for its Egyptian assets (and they did with interest sale on Friday, two days after our meeting) and aims to increase exposure to onshore North America where it is investing over half its capital.

Mgmt reiterated its divestiture program is not purposed to get back to an old growth rate range and is instead focused on investing
more heavily in its higher returning assets.
