Wow! That's interesting. I hadn't figured it would be that close.It figures, though, as everyone is obviously disappointed regarding the quarter report.

The vote would have been more inflammatory if the vote had been overwhelmingly against the compensation, because the BOD can completely ignore any voting results of any kind according to the by-laws....
