Well I had a few emails exchanged with Peter, I posted the last screen shots of emails a month ago or so but I wont for these. He did say this "Thank you David, yes it is and will be announcement soon one by one with separate registration , I cannot tell you more sorry" after I asked if this was in fact said and true or if it wasn't. and now looking at it that way if it really is, we already had 700mill shares, the increase to 1.8 would be completely understandable. say 200 million shares average to each company 1.2 billion more shares to be issued out but restricted to the companies. That is just a complete stab in the air though so don't base anything you do off of this message.
