Barry and Lisa robbing the company of 3/4 of a million dollars annually, putting money in a grid note, not paying payroll taxes on the monies ( they owe 1 million dollars to govt for back payroll taxes) locking up hundreds of millions of shares for .0022, yet that price can be lowered in the grid note " under certain circumstances"....THEY MUST BE KIDDING ME????
