Not true. The shareholder value is still zero. The stock price is up, but shareholder value is zero because of the $150 million owed to the preferred stockholders.
The only asset the Company will have is the $44 million in cash they get from PGI. That will be paid to the preferred holders in liquidation, and the common stock will be wiped out with no payment.
