MON sues and others sue MON. As a minor MON shareholder, I always am interested in the various cases. I have never regarded the cases brought by MON, or the ones where MON gets sued[ I speak here only of the ~ half dozen cases against MON in which I have actually participated], as "nuisance" law suits. The technical facts and law to be applied have spoken otherwise in those cases.
