"The new Consumer Products Group (CPG), or division, will seek out acquisition and joint ventures with established brands to increase product shelf life, and increase potential revenue growth for these brand lines. The Company will acquire established products, and by utilizing our HPP technology, we can increase these brands' shelf life, while assisting in expanding their regional and national distribution to increase growth potential for each of these products."
